The Department of Mining Engineering 

at AKS University recently organized an exceptional two-day Expo event titled "International Conference on Safe & Sustainable Mining Technologies" from 19-20 February. This unique exposition showcased the latest advancements in mineral processing technologies, environmental sustainability practices, and research initiatives within the mining sector. The event attracted prominent industry leaders, academicians, researchers, and students from across the country to engage in discussions on current challenges and opportunities related to sustainable development in the mining domain. Major highlights included Presentations, Expo, Youth Conclave, Panel Discussions, and Interactive Sessions that focused on topics such as green mining techniques, waste management strategies, and innovative applications in mineral beneficiation.
